Mattison Noakes is a dedicated REALTOR® and proud graduate of Texas Tech University. Alongside her husband, Jackson Noakes, also a Texas Tech graduate, she enjoys building a life rooted in family and community. They are blessed with two wonderful children.

In addition to her passion for real estate, Matti enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, and running her monogramming business, Mable and Co., where she brings creativity and personalization to everyday items. Matti’s commitment to helping families find their dream homes, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, makes her a valuable asset to her clients and community.
